Windows 10: How do I update windows 10 v1703 after it reached the end of its lifecycle?

I sent my computer to a IT guy who I now realize is very incompetent because it was very slow, and he uninstalled and installed my Windows.


He installed the Windows 10 version 1703, which has reached the end of its lifecycle a year ago, and is no longer supported.


I need to update it to a newer version hopefully 20H2 or 2004, but the computer says that there are no updates to be done when I go to Settings > Update & Security > Check for updates this is what all the video tutorials tell me to do.


I used to have Adobe Illustrator and InDesign, but I cannot download them again, because they are not compatible with this old version of Windows 10 it has to be at least version 1809.


How do I install a more recent version of Windows 10 in my computer?
