Windows 10: How do I upgrade my windows 11 version 22H2 to 23H2 or 24H2?

My current windows version is windows 11, 22H2, and I am looking to upgrade my version up to 23H2 or 24H2, so I can continue to get important security/software updates. Could someone please walk me through the steps on how to get a newer windows version? 23H2 or 24H2

How can I manually upgrade Windows 11 Pro Version 22h2 to Version 23H2?

I have successfully installed all cumulative updates for Windows 11 Version 22H2 but I never received 23H2 version update in Nov 2023.

Edition Windows 11 Pro

Version 22H2

Installed on ‎10/‎5/‎2022

OS build 22621.3155

Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22684.1000.0

I also manually installed "KB5033055" but 23H2 still not showing up from windows update.

KB5027397: Feature update to Windows 11, version 23H2 by using an enablement package - Microsoft Support as per that link, I verified that I have installed "2023-10 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5031455)"

Please advise, how to manually update my Windows 11 Pro from 22H2 to Version 23H2?

We have a customer who currently has the W11 22h2 in operation and would like to suspend 23h2 in order to switch to 24h2 in 2025. What is Microsoft's recommendation in this regard? Could the update from 22h2 to 24h2 be problematic?
