Windows 10: How do I upgrade ntoskrnl.exe version on a Windows 8,1 laptop?

I have a laptop running Windows 8.1. For last several years, the DISK runs frequently most of the time at 100%. The CPU also runs at 100%---sometimes this is happening at the same time. Each of them also runs SEPARATELY in Task Manager at 100%. My Browser is Firefox...Firefox updates do not solve this problem. I have also been plagued with memory error messages which often causes the browser to crash...messages to increase virtual memory which I havedone often to no permanent avail,The laptop is an HP f010wm It came with 4GB of ram, upgraded to 8GB max a few years ago.Running Window

• Update your Realtek audio driver.
• Update your computer.
• Disable overclocking settings.
• Turn off BlueStacks/ another Android emulator.
• Clean your registry.
• Check your disk for errors.
• Fix bad memory issues.
• Remove faulty sticks of RAM.

Hang on a second, no. As far as the rules are concerned VPNs from legitimate sources are not illegal. You don't have the right to 'force' someone to remove a piece of software that:

1. Is not causing the issue related to the crashes
2. is not pirated software or illegal

Cloudflare WARP does not have a windivert file that I can find, even if it did, again, its not against the forum rules because it is not an illegal system file in of itself.
