Windows 10: How do I upgrade to Win 11 if missing UEFI Firmware Settings?

Trying to update to Windows 11 but PC Health Check says I don’t meet the system requirements. Namely, This PC must support Secure BootAnd TPM 2.0 must be supported and enabled on this PCOkay, cool. So I follow the instructions to enable/support Secure Boot and TPM 2.0 but I have no UEFI Firmware Settings under Advanced Options so I can’t do anything further. I did some more searching and found out my computer runs BIOS Mode: Legacy and Secure Boot State is Unsupported. Could these two things be the problem? How do I fix this?

I did have UEFI Firmware Settings under settings / update and security / recovery / advanced startup - restart now

and then under troubleshooting /advanced

but it is no longer listed... how can I get the UEFI Firmware settings back into recovery?

One possible reason why the UEFI Firmware Settings suddenly went missing is because of a recent update. To better assist you, kindly answer the questions below:

• Were there any recent updates installed on your computer prior to this happening?
• What is the current version of your Windows 10? To check, type in winver on
  Cortana's search field and press Enter.
• What is the make and model of your computer?
• Does your computer have a legacy BIOS or does it have a UEFI firmware? To check, type in
  MSINFO on Cortana's search field and press Enter. Look for the BIOS Mode parameter and the the corresponding value.

Missing UEFI Firmware Tile

Hi, the relevant tutorial (from the huge searchable Tutorials section - do feel free to have a look...) which I've found for you is Enable or Disable Secure Boot on Windows 10 PC This says:

..but yours was shipped with Win 7, so no requirement for it to support secure boot. I suggest it's unlikely it would be supported. Someone with your model may comment, or feel free to ask on HP's forum. There is also this thread- you may care to search the comments to see if there's anything relevant. Let's run Win10 on really really old hardware
