    How do I use my recovery key ID to get a Bitlocker recovery key?


    I tried booting up my PC and have been struggling to get into it as it is asking for a recovery key. I have gone to devices on my microsoft account and saw that there was no key. Went to Dell the manufacturer and tried entering in commands to figure it out, but have no clue what I am doing. The account is linked with my school, but my school IT will not help me and keeps telling me to go back to microsoft. If anyone can provide any assistance or give me some way to speak with a professional, that would be much appreciated. Apologies if this post comes off as impatient or unhappy, I just real

    I did follow your suggestion but I can't get recovery key.

    I got the below message.

    You don't have any BitLocker recovery keys in your Microsoft account.

    Next Step, What should I do?

    how can I get the generate PIN bitlocker recovery key ID?

    1. I have recovery key ID = 061138BE3C7E4F638CD37F216888E218

    2. I dont have email personal to microsoft

    3, my laptop is broken so really need my data but should pun PIN bitlocker recovery
