    How do I Windows 10 Downgrade from 20H2? All threads locked with no answer.


    Why did this all of sudden appear during my installation of a trial of 3DS Max 2022?Specifically the update Windows 10 20H2 VIA Enablement... installed it self, My updates are set to pause for 7 days and was still set to that setting when this happened.Then there of course is no option to go back to 1909 roll Windows back when looking in the recovery options. Even the .num file doesn't exist for accompany Service Stack 10.0.19041.1022 that was installed, along with a Security Update for Microsoft Windows KB5003637.All of this was installed on their own during my installation of Autodesk 3D

    Hello there, tom.
    I would try these:
    • Get your Windows 7 media device and reinstall Windows
    • Try auto-repair
    • Follow these steps:

    1. Put in your Windows 10 media device, boot into the USB
    2. Select your language and keyboard input, then click next.
    3. Click "Repair this computer"
    4. Go to "Advanced options"
    5. click system restore
    6. Select a restore point before you downgraded to Windows 7.
