Windows 10: How do u recieve your codes on microsoft rewards

Im on microsoft rewards attempting to redeem a virtual code, I have already entered my phone number however, when attempting to achieve it, it will say that i havent entered my phone number. I refreshed the page and yet still nothing, I was trying to talk to an employ however, after 30 minutes of waiting, there was no response to why i couldnt recieve it, the last message they sent was that they were going to get someone to answer me

Cannot redeem a code that was recieved from Microsoft Bing Rewards

I just redeemed my rewards points for 330 Minecoins on Bing Rewards and it says I already redeemed it. I did not already redeem it because I tried redeeming it about 2 minutes after I received the code. I had redeemed a code for the same thing yesterday and it worked. This was an entirely new code. Any help in this matter would be appreciated.
