Windows 10: How do u reset my laptop?

I have watched multiple tutorials on how to reset my laptop and all of them didn't work.There are 2 main ways that I saw, first is going to the troubleshooting settings and resting from there but I can't do that since instead of showing me the normal settings, it shows me the options to either open "UEFI firmware settings" or "startup settings".The second way I saw is to open settings and going to recovery. When I went there and selected to reset my laptop, it tells me " Could not find the recovery environment""Insert your Windows installation or recovery media, and restart your PC with the me

Multiple Issues After Resetting Laptop

Hi,

I recently reset my laptop and since then I've been experiencing a whole host of issues:

• Windows search bar doesn't work
• Shop app won't open
• Won't allow me to change location settings
• Clock/calendar on my toolbar is unresponsive when I click on it

Any ideas what the problem might be, please? Advice / suggestions are very much appreciated!

That refers to the type of laptop where the battery is released separately by releasing clips etc, without having to take of the base of the laptop
Your battery for these purposes is classed as non - removable
