Windows 10: How do unlock my laptop…

So I’m an idiot, I got hacked which is not a problem for me at all. The part that I’m an idiot for is the hacker tried to log in to my Microsoft, I changed my password, but then I forgot I had my laptop signed in on Microsoft, I locked the laptop and before I realized it was my laptop I deleted it from my Microsoft devices. Now my laptop only says it’s been locked by an administrator.Any way I factory reset without logging in?
