Windows 10: How do use of Microsoft gift card to get Roblox premium

Dear Microsoft or whoever is reading this I was trying to get Roblox premium, however, I noticed I haven’t even learnt how to use it, sooooooooooooo uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh……………………I’m stupid,uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhI hate my life. Asking Microsoft to give me instructions to use it soooooooooooooo uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhyyhhhhhhhh I’m sooooooooooooooo stupid that I forgot I don’t have to say anyyyyyything else Bye and

Roblox gift card

I bought a Roblox gift card, my daughter tried to add it to her Roblox account, but we are not seeing it and the card number reads as already redeemed now. What can we do?

I do get a method of payment option, but it does not list my Microsoft account. There is also a place for debit/credit/gift card payments, but my gift card number does not match the spaces needed.

Any other suggestions?
