    these questions about the help app are unanswered, does anyone know, or can move to whereever "forums" would have people that know about this?how do we get to chat support on https://support.microsoft.com/contactustheres only 1 option on this linkthat option is 'open get help app'when you click on it, it doesnt take you to chat, and it doesnt take you to a personhow do you get to a person on here?how do they reply back to you?are they the same people that are on this q&a site? there are very few people that answers on this q&a sitehow do we get to chat support from this link?what count

    Paid Chat Support

    "You can chat with our support engineer using this Chat link, upon clicking on
    Contact support and if required the support engineer will take the remote access of your PC and work accordingly." the link DOES NOT provide me with a "Chat" option. It takes me to a resource from Microsoft that doesn't have
    chat available as an option. Now what? Paid for 12 months service, and cannot utilize that anymore...
