Windows 10: How do we lock down our devices from cybercrime?

I have dealt with this frustration for over 3yrs. I do not know what to do? I have tried 2svf, no step verification logging out, turning off devices and nothing has kept my devices or accounts safe. I have tried VPN, proxy unless I am not doing it right. Can anyone give stealth advise* Moved from Community Center
