    In-app purchase prices in windows game store?

    Hi, I've never bought any in-app purchases through the app store before. I'm trying to find a price for an in-app purchase (on the Disney Infinity Toy Box game), but the store keeps trying to bill my credit card before I can even see how much it costs.
    Is there a better way to find pricing before I get billed?

    Unable to purchase app in store

    Hello Nraina thank you for posting.

    Here are some suggestions you can try in order to solve this issue.

    • I would suggest you log with your Microsoft Account on
      https://account.live.com make sure your birth date, time&date and the time zone are correct.

    • If you are having this issue on your Windows Phone, please check the time and date on the phone as well (<<settings <<time&date) and set them on manual.

    • Please also log with the same Microsoft account to
      http://www.xbox.com       and make sure you have created you Gamertag.

    • As a last step, please just do a soft reset of the phone (if the issues are on you r Windows Phone)
    Press and hold the Power and Volume down buttons for 20 seconds, until the phone vibrates. Once it vibrates, release the buttons and the phone should restart.

    I have an app that I submitted to the Windows 8.1 App Store, this app has In-App purchases. I noticed that the app has seemlessly migrated to the Windows 10 store, and that's great. I'm trying to modify the pricing and getting a warning message.

    Warning: To match the IAP available for you customers on Windows 8.1 and earlier, you'll need to submit the app again. Make sure to update the code to call this New IAP.

    My in-app purchases haven't changed so why the message and do I really need to upload the same binary?
