Windows 10: How do we use google photos as a personalized background for windows 11?

I have,Onedrive, 365 sub, and also google one sub.Google drive itself, is not used.I have multitude of panorama material etc, I have google photo albums that are created to sort things, enjoy, etc.My ask: How do I - point - win 11 - personalize - background anything, to a google photo web album ? ie online link.Worst case I can re download all the low res copies, into a quick dump folder. but i'd like to link up the online album's that I allign. That way , when I create new material, the desktop background, screensaver's, and login screen can auto cycle the updates like a promotion.---

Photos app hogging resources in background

Ian, this suggestion was posted on my other thread:

We understand that not all of users are using the Photos app on Windows 10, if not very often. If you don't want this app to be running on background when not in use, there is a way you can turn this
off. Kindly follow the steps provided below:

• In Cortana, type Privacy Settings
  and press Enter.
• Look for Background apps.
• Look for Photos in the list.
• Flip the switch to Off.
• Restart your computer.

After you restart your computer, you can check if the Photos app is still running in background. You can use these steps to turn off any running background applications as it is not limited to Photos
app alone. In this way, you can conserve a lot of power and process allowance.

I just followed these instructions, and now have to wait to see if it works. I'm hoping it solves your problem, too!

 

Google Photos not visible in Pictures library

Please answer these questions to get clarity on this issue:

1. Were you able to see the Google photos folder in the File Explorer Pictures Library previously?
   
2. Have you enabled the Sync feature in the Google Drive app?
   
3. Are you able see the photos in the path under "C:\Users\,username>\Google Drive\Google Photos?
   

However, let us follow these methods to check if that works.

Method 1: Suggest you to Index the Google Drive folder and check if that helps. Refer to the suggestion provided by ‘Marc Cai’ from this thread:

Background photo got deleted after updating to Windows 11 and now I can't change anything about my background

I updated my laptop to Windows 11 a few days ago and after the update my lock screen photo has stayed the same but my background photo is gone and is just a black background. When I go into settings to personalize my background it now says "some of these settings are managed by your organization" and everything is greyed out so I can't click on it, I can't even change the color of the background let alone add a photo. This is a personal computer so there should be no organization, I am the only user and when I checked in settings I am listed as the administrator.
