How do you change the back ground color for the main screen.

Screen back ground color for a Word document.

How do I change / set the screen / background color for my Word documents.

I am aware that I can set my own "Page Color" but that becomes a part of and goes with the document.

I want to JUST set the back ground color of the work area that I write in. I want a softer color.

 

Window background color - I don't appear to be able to do this on windows 10 as the change color scheme bit isn't there.
