How do you create a system banner that will display at all times? I need to create one that is purple with "CUI" inside it.

• Can you show me a screenshot so I can further investigate?
• Are you able to double-click the notification?
• What happens when you right click the notification?

Any notification coming from your device is important as it will give you details on what's going on within the operating system, what should be done to prevent further issues, receive future updates from Microsoft, tricks and tips
as suggestions, and activities from your applications. If the ""create recover backup" is really coming from the notification. It's really important for us to know the content or the messsage of it before we proceed on further necessary steps.

hi Everybody.

I have an orange and white banner in the right hand side of my task bar that says

"create recover backup (I think) cant see all of it.

Can somebody please advise me how to remove this.

Its just beside the date and time.

I am using windows 10.

Banner alerts display time

Lumia 520 and Lumia 435 both with 8.1 and all the updates.

I've had a look through the phone menus and searched this forum with the search term "banner alerts timeout" but couldn't find anything so I'll ask the experts.

Is there a way of changing for how long the banner alert displays on the lockscreen? By the time my wife has reached to pick up her phone after the 'bingly bingly beep' of an email arrival, the banner alert has vanished. It seems to last only a very few
seconds. As if on cue, an email has just arrived on my 520 and the banner was visible for three seconds.

Is it possible to increase the time it displays?
