    How do you create a thread error that you found a solution for on Microsoft Windows.


    Hello, My name is Ellis Riggins and I found a fix for the issue for CAC Readers on Windows 11. I would like to post to the original post asking the question which was "SCR35XX USB smartcard driver keeps loading and unloading after a Windows update." Now, I will say that the reader I am using is the SCR3310, however, I believe that the same steps should work for the SCR35XX readers as well.Respectfully,Ellis

    So to start, i just go into control panel to reformat? Or can i just do it straight from Windows?
