Windows 10: How do you disabled Focal Assist but it keeps popping up notifications

Disabled Focal Assist but it keeps popping up notifications. I go back to focal assist settings and it still says disabled. This is a new laptop that I bought from HP and that I just setup. I do 3D modeling with Blender. I only have Blender loaded but when I try to work on a model Focal Assist comes up taking focus off the model I working. Windows 11 also downloaded and installed Clipchamp without my permission. While I was trying to work o one of my 3D models Focal Assist notified me it downloaded Clipchamp from the Microsoft Store and installed it for me. I make animation and use my

Disable notifications from Facebook and email

To assist you further with your concern regarding pop-ups, kindly answer the questions below:

• Do these notifications pop-up even if you are not using Internet Explorer?
• Have you made any changes lately on your computer before this happened?

If you have already turned on the pop-up blockers in your Internet Explorer and are still getting notifications from Facebook or you email, we suggest you check on the notifications settings on your PC. Follow the steps below to turn off notifications for
specific apps on your PC:

• Click on the Start menu.
• Click on the Gear icon to open the Settings window.
• On the left panel, select Notifications & actions.
• Scroll down and look for the app that keeps on notifying you that you wish to stop. Once you see Facebook or Mail on the list, toggle the switch to turn it off.

How to disable notification and sound for apps in Windows 10

  Do you want to disable only Outlook notification?

  When do you get this notification?

  Do you want to disable other app notifications as well?
  

You will receive notification along with the sound if you have enabled settings accordingly for the application to notify you.



If you want to disable Outlook notification on Mail app, I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.

  Press Windows logo key on the keyboard, type
  Mail and select the top most search result.

  Click on the Settings icon located at the bottom left corner of the app and select
  Notifications from the popped window on the right side.

Notification Screen Keeps Popping Up

If you keep on getting a notification pop-up, you may want to turn off the notification from apps and other senders. You can follow the steps below:

• Go to Settings.
• Look for System and select Notifications & actions.
• Then, turn on/off the Get notifications from apps and other senders option.

If that didn't make any difference, you may consider reverting to your previous version of Windows. You can follow the steps in this
