Windows 10: How do you, do this?

My computer, is a Dell laptop.Running Windows 10.I have another, Dell laptop.I'm giving my wife.She can use my pin number, to login.But the picture, on the lock screen.Is, my picture. And I want to, change it.I also want to, put her name. On the, lock screen.I was going to, use a cartoon characters picture.Can it be, a JPEG? Or, something else?So please tell me, exactly where to go.To change the picture, and the name?Thank you, for reading . . . Jerry
