As titled,How do you edit File Explorer keyboard combos & shortcuts?The default keyboard combo to move a file with mouse e.g. for NAS, where file will otherwise be copied and then require second step to delete from source is:Shift + drag/dropThis is also apparently the keyboard combo for batch/multi selectSo, for example, when you go to move 1 file from the desktop to a network share, 50% of the time it picks up 10 other files if not the whole desktop and begins trying to move it along with the 1 file you actually clicked on.This is asinine.Is there a way to edit the keyboard combo f

Method 1: Try running the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter.

• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.

I would suggest you to try the following steps and check if that helps.

• Go to the folder C:\Windows\System32 and sort by file type.
• Look for the screensaver file type (.scr).
• Find the file scrnsave.scr(you can choose any of the screensavers).
• Right click and select send to>desktop (create shortcut). The shortcut on my attachment, but when i click on it my screen goes off and on and nothing else.

 

Shortcut key for "My Stuff" ?

Using Windows 10, here's the steps I'm taking to search for files on the computer:

• Click Start Menu (or tap the Windows key on the keyboard)
• Start typing a search term
• Click "My Stuff"
• When it finds your file, click it to make the file open
• If you want to open File Explorer and peruse similar files without opening files:
  • After clicking "My Stuff" (in Step 3) go to the bottom area under "Other places to look" and click "File Explorer"
  • File Explorer opens
  
  Question: I don't want to use the mouse to click "My Stuff" in step 3. Is there a shortcut key?
