Windows 10: How do you fix 2007 Microsoft Office Suite Service Pack 3 (SP3) - Error 0x8007006e

It's now November 10, 2018. I'm using Office 365 in Windows 10. When I searched for updates it showed that Windows 10 has been updated to version 1803. (My friend said I should have version 1809 by now.) But there is still an update for Windows 7 Service Pack 3 for Windows Office Suite 2007 that cannot update due to an error or missing file # 0x80246010. What should I do?

Windows Installer broken, unable to install office/defender updates, any way to fix it?

I'm getting error 0x8007006e on the following updates in Windows Update as well and nothing online has been able to help me so far either. Here are the updates I'm having issues with.

Personnaly, I use Open Office 3. But alot of folks use M$ Office 2007.
