Windows 10: How do you fix error code 43 on display adapters?

My My Dell laptop is experiencing problems where Gpu 1 is not there and when I looked in device manager it says error code 43

This issue has been persistent despite my attempts to troubleshoot it, and it begun after installing windows update 23H2, noticed first when I couldn't find Bluetooth function in the controll panel (bottom right, volume and network panel).

• Error Message: "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"
  

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:
