Windows 10: How do you fix the Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot media in selected...

I tried multiple ways that I found across the internet but no lucksince whatever I found had things I didn't have or different design. One way that might fix it is enabling the CSM which I don't haveincluding secure boot and fast boot. Could anyone lend me their expertise on this? I'm lost.

Hi, I recently built a new PC with a 1TB Samsung 860 EVO SSD. I'm installing Windows 10 via USB and I've made the USB top priority in the boot list. However, when I exit BIOS, It gives me an error saying "Reboot and Select proper boot device or insert
boot media in selected boot device and press a." Is their a solution to this?

My power supply failed because the fan stopped working and then I replaced the PS. But, after the PS was replaced and booted PC when I got ;Reboot and select proper Boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press ok . So, then I checked
my BIOS and made the correction -working now.
