    How do you get access to a Windows 10 laptop if you have lost the password? Lenovo ideapad


    I am trying to help a client with troubleshooting and accessing a laptop she has from her deceased father. She doesn't have access to the email address for his Microsoft account. She has a notebook from him with some passwords and a PIN, but the passwords and PIN didn't work for logging into the computer user. I believe there is only one user account on this laptop. Since she doesn't have a way to reset the password via email, and she already tried the identity verification process online to gain access to an account which was rejected - how can she use the laptop? I'll add that it's a Lenovo
