    How do you get auto correct files .acl to work in word 2000?


    How do you get auto correct files .acl to work in word 2000? I have copied and restored the files into the office folder. However, the information is not visible when the autocorrect button is pressed. I have installed the AutoCorect.dotm file from the jay- freedman site but I do not know how to use the AutoCorrect.dotm. Please HELP. Lesley.

    Spelling auto-correct isn't working

    Hi Mark,

    To resolve your issue about Spelling auto-correct, we suggest that you follow the steps below:

    • Use the Windows + I keyboard shortcut to open the
      Settings app.
    • Navigate to Devices and go to Typing.
    • Under Spelling, switch the Auto-correct misspelled words and Highlight misspelled words to the Off position.
    • Restart the computer.
    • After restarting the computer, go to the same settings page and turn back
      On the Auto-correct misspelled words and Highlight misspelled words
      feature.
    Let us know how it goes.

    words prompt and auto correct/ words suggestions

    Notice that my phone suddenly stop auto suggest words or correct nor give me prompts

    How do you get auto correct files .acl to work in word 2000?

    deleting auto correct words

    Hi.



    Auto correct remembers words I mispelled and I want to delete them.



    Also, some words never get into the auto complete list.



    Do I have to do a hard reset or can I delete wrong entries individually?



    Any help appreciated.
