Windows 10: How do you go back to Windows 10 without losing any data and without using a USB Flash Drive?

I was using windows 11 when I was going to go back to windows 10 because of some issues. But then I saw a option saying you either have to use a usb flash drive, or it will save nothing. I need your help to tell me how to go back without using a usb flash drive or losing anything.

Method 1:

System file checker is a utility in Windows that allows users to scan for corruptions in Windows system files and restore corrupted files.

Run system file checker (SFC) and see if it helps. Please follow these steps:

  Press Windows + X keys and click command prompt (admin).
  
• 
  Type the following command in command prompt and press Enter.
  

sfc /scannow



If it does not help, use method 2.

Method 2:

Run DISM tool and check the issue. Please follow these steps:

• 
  Press Windows + X keys and click command prompt (admin).
  
• 
  Type the following command in command prompt and press Enter.
  

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

If this have not detected any issues, we will proceed with the next steps.

Installing windows off of a USB stick

Step By Step from vista:
From admin cmd prompt

1. diskpart
1a. list disk
2. select disk 1 (replace 1 with your usb drive)
3. clean
4. create partition primary
5. select partition 1 (replace 1 with your usb drive)
6. active
7. format fs=fat32
8. assign
9. exit

Copy Windows Vista's DVD ROM content to the Flash Drive

xcopy d:\*.* /s/e/f e:\ (d being your vista cd and e being your usb stick)

And that's it, boot off your usb disk
