How do you identify the app that triggers request to access camera?

Recently I have started getting a periodic notification that an app is requesting permission to access my camera and microphone while using Random Salad Games' Freecell. The notification is random. The publisher claims that they do not request this access. I am wondering if some of the ads that are constantly changing in the game are requesting this access. How can I identify what app is requesting this permission?

    :)

  2. Tried messenger for camera....

    Hi,

Normally, the issue with the camera not being detected is caused by an outdated driver or a recent update triggers a system conflict. To assist you with your concern, we suggest that you follow the steps listed on this
link. This is to identify and resolve any issues if Windows
    can't detect the device.

Let us know how it goes after performing the suggested steps.

Skype for Business' access to camera

Scroll down. Those are only Store apps listed. Other apps are listed below. First you turn access on, and then you have the list off other apps

    Here is mine

Edit: and maybe some other program is using your camera at the time... only one can use it (at the time)

Skype for Business' access to camera

    Thanks, it worked!

For anyone else having the same problem:
When activating the aforementioned setting you should restart Skype for Business completely. Mine Skype for Business still did not get listed in the lower list, but the camera is now activated.
