Windows 10: How do you lower the brightness below minimum on Windows 11?

On windows 10 you could click personalize display setting and be brought to a menu which allowed you to lower the brightness below normal, personalize now opens the generic display menu. I don't know who decided this was a good idea but I want to lower the display below minimum and the night light setting is not in any way a substitute.

How to reduce laptop brightness below minimum?

In your Display settings. Like Nvidia Control panel or Catalyst Control Center.
Set the brightness on the screen as low as you can, then use the vid card brightness settings to go lower.

I have a DELL monitor and even with the brightness set to zero, it was still far too bright.
So... enter Nvidia Control Panel...

Sorry, but your processor is not on Windows 11 supported processor list, you probably looked on Windows 10 supported processor list.

Windows 11 supported Intel processors list:

That's why PC Health Check is saying that your processor is not supported.
