Windows 10: how do you make your windows 10 laptop open internet files instead of forcing you to save...

I have an Acer laptop that forces me to save files instead of directly opening anything online. Please tell me how to fix this problem. I do not want to have to download and save everything when web browsing. It is excruciatingly slow and annoying. Thank you so much in advance.

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

How can I configure IE to "save as" file instead of "opening"

The download or save prompt may not appear if automatic prompting for downloads has been disabled, or if the
File Download prompt has been configured to never appear. To enable automatic download prompting, follow these steps:

• Open Internet Explorer, and then click on Tools >
  Internet Options > Security tab.
  
• Click the Custom level button.
• Scroll down to the Downloads heading and select Enable
  for automatic prompting, file downloads, and font downloads.
  
• Click OK, and when asked if you are sure, click Yes.
• Click OK.
• Close all Internet Explorer windows, and then re-open Internet Explorer and attempt the save or download a file.

Saves log files ?

You can either read the files in Windows or my preferred method is.....
