Windows 10: How do you prevent Windows from automatically shutting off Xbox One controller?

Hi.

I'm trying to prevent the default Windows behaviour of shutting off the Xbox One controller after a period of inactivity (I think it's fifteen minutes). I am using it as a makeshift remote while watching films. Apparently you can plug a cable in and it will stay on, but I'm on the other side of the room, so it'd be nice to not have to run the cable across, and then pack it up again every time.

I did a search for this question and found what looked like a solution here:

...but when I go into devices , there is no 'Power Management' tab for my controller. Is there another way to do this?

Can’t connect Xbox one controller to pc

Initially, we need to pair the device to show up in the list while connected through Bluetooth. Check with the below mentioned steps and see if it works.
