Windows 10: How do you re-enable a disc after disabling it?

I plugged in a hard drive, researched how to initialize it and was trying to follow instructions when I got to where in disc management I was supposed to initialize it through a context menu, however "initialize disc" was not an option so I found the disc had to be offline, but it was online for some reason. I tried to figure out how to turn it offline but found no help online, so I went into the disc's properties menu and tried to find something there where I found the "disable disc" option, and did that. It required a restart of my computer and when I opened back up disc management my hard d

Easy enable/disable microphone?

My bro just got a microphone and I was wondering if there's an easy way to enable or disable it. I know you can right click on the volume icon, click on select recording devices then select the microphone, then click properties, then click on levels, and mute it - but that's just way too many steps, I'm looking for a more obvious and much easier way to do it.

• Insert Windows 7 disc.
• Press “Windows+E” which will open file explorer.
• There you will find the Windows 7 disc.
• Open the disc and copy the files anywhere on your computer, so that you can access the information from the disc.

Unable to enable a startup app

I can't enable windows store app to start with windows.

The step I folowed are

• Open task manager
• go to startup tab
• select the app
• enable

and when I reopen it's set at disable
