Windows 10: How do you switch your windows system from arabic numerals to hindi numerals entirely?

Hi, I hope you can help me. I am trying to type in Arabic completely on my computer including the numerals. Do you know how to change this in the settings so that the numerals change as well?

Sorry, I wasn't clearer. I am the developer of the app and I am trying to add support for Arabic. It is a UWP app and Windows 10 compatible . The app already supports about 20 other languages and for all these the numeric fields are not translated. Only
for Arabic are the numeric fields (TextBlocks with IP addresses, Model Numbers etc) are getting translated to Indic numerals. I would like to prevent this from happening and keep displaying Arabic numerals.

Is there a way to achieve this?

When I set the default language in my PC to Arabic, all numeric fields are converted into Indic numerals. I don't see this behavior for other Asian languages (ex: Japanese, Chinese or Hebrew). Why is this happening and is there a way to prevent it so
the app can still display Arabic numerals.

 

How to alter between arabic and hindi numbers when switching from english(arabic numbers) to arabic(hindi numbers)

when writing english, arabic numbers are used. and when writing arabic, hindi numbers are used. so I wanted to know how to make it that if I write with english, I have the normal arabic numbers and if I write with arabic(alt+shift for switching the language)
