Windows 10: How do you uninstall "hidden" apps?

I downloaded Online Video Converter without engaging my brain before I did so. Now I can’t locate it on my computer to uninstall it. I am getting messages that my “System is corrupted!” and I have NOT clicked on the pop-up. Today, I went to Microsoft Community to ask for direction and there was no place to post my question. Then, I searched Google for a way to remove it and was given this information:


“You can remove Online Video Converter automatically with a help of one of these programs: Reimage, Plumbytes Anti-Malware, Malwarebytes Anti Malware. We recommend these applications because they can easily delete potentially unwanted programs and viruses with all their files and registry entries that are related to them.”


Question: Are they the same thing? Is there a better way to uninstall Online Video Converter? If so, how?

Uninstall problem


Open the Admin Command Prompt:

• diskpart
• List disk
• select disk # where # is the disk that contains hidden partitions
• list par
• select partition #
• delete partition OVERRIDE
• repeat steps 5 & 6 for the additional hidden partitions.
• exit

OR:
if you want to clean the whole disk, after step 3 above
Type: clean
Type: exit

 

How do you uninstall chipset drivers?

I'm installing a new mobo so I need to uninstall the intel 865g drivers to make way for the P35 drivers.

Can't find any uninstall options in add/remove programs and intel chipset inst listed in driver cleaner.

Any suggestions? *Confused

Q1) If it's a built-in app, then the user can restore the app using that tutorial only if the app was uninstalled for their account and not for all users. Being able to restore an app that was uninstalled for all users using the PowerShell command is currently broken in Windows, and break all built-in apps if used. The only way to restore them then is to do a repair install.

Q2) That's correct. If a built-in app is not listed in under step 3 in OPTION TWO, then it can't and be uninstalled. Those would be apps that are used by Windows, and shouldn't be uninstalled. For example, Microsoft Edge.

Q3) I haven't tied it to know, but I would assume that to be so.
