Windows 10: How does Microsoft determine requirements for Windows 11?

How does Microsoft determine requirements for Windows 11?Microsoft Windows Developers - Out of Control as Usability for several functions are just awkward and slow down productivity. As a defense weapon system engineer, Microsoft needs some real System Engineer to write requirements based in User needs, and not some artistic whim of an immature developer.

Windows 11 Microsoft Account Requirement

Several third-party sources suggest that Windows 11 Home and/or Windows 11 Pro will soon require the use or creation of a Microsoft Account during installation or upgrade.

If a Microsoft account is in fact being required, can someone point me to where the requirement is described on the Microsoft site? Thanks!

 

Microsoft Announces Windows Vista Hardware Requirements

Microsoft today announced the official Windows Vista hardware requirements. If you want to run Windows Vista you'll need at least: 800MHz CPU , 512 MB of system memory, a graphics processor that is DirectX 9 capable, and 15 GB HDD free space. If you plan to use the Windows Aero user interface you'll have to own at least:

• 1 GHz 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor.
• 1 GB of system memory.
• A graphics processor that runs Windows Aero.
• 128 MB of graphics memory.
• 40 GB of hard drive capacity with 15 GB free space.
• DVD-ROM Drive.
• Audio output capability.
• Internet access capability.
