Windows 10: how does Microsoft get the bumbercars hack out the game?

Look I am playing asphalt on pc with an a Xbox controller. Now I am really sick and tired of instant loss to a race with a car that is maxed out to a car that's only 500 on upgrades that's a hack. So, Microsoft needs to patch and give south Americans their own server to cheat on because you can't say they are not cheating Microsoft with fake cd keys when we all know they are. being a MSCE myself I know they are cheating the game and there are tons of cheats for most game but ffs at least patch this one out so they can't do it.
