    context. curent install of windows 10.problem windowsapps permision brokenno solution on planet earth to fix that because reasonso, i'm thinking of migrating to windows 11 instead of cloning my drive for backup and reinstalling windows and all software.the question is, obviously i can re-downgrade to windows 10 after. but does the files to downgrade come from microsoft server or does it use the file from the previous instalation localy in this case an instalation with broken windowsapps folder, leaving me potentialy with a fresh windows 10 install with still a windowsapps folder broken and
