Windows 10: How does WinRE option "Recovery from a drive" determine which drive to restore?

Hi, my laptop has three NVME SSDs, the first is a 1TB samsung 970Pro for Windows OS, Second is a 1TB Intel 660P for some temp files, and the third one is a 2TB Samsung 980Pro for all my personal data.Some days ago, I created a recovery drive in Windows 10, and after I boot into the drive, I first choose troubleshoot and command, I typed diskpart, followed by list disk. The diskpart tells me below not exactly same, but the SSD number is right.Disk 0 1TBDisk 1 2TBDisk 2 1TBAfter checking the system, the Disk 0 is the sam 970pro with OS, and Disk 2 is intel 660p with temp files. New drive partitions have appeared- WINRE and \\?\Volume{cd60b... ?

Hi, Can ANYONE tell me why WINRE AND \\?\Volume{cd60b... have appeared on my Drive as partitions. Have hard Drive C AND Recovery Drive as normal. The two listed suddenly appeared as Drives.
