Windows 10: How fix crazy remote malware takes control & moves my windows, taskbar and all elements on...

Hi World.I need assistance with an issue while I'm installing or setting configs in Windows 11, at specific momments someone or something take control of the GUI and Windows turns crazy, if I'm writing or switching between windows for example... I've tried reinstalling but the same result... only one chance I've reinstalled successfully but after 2 weeks whatever or whoever strikes again... Actually I'm being affected around +10 to 20 years at least by obsesive and sicker Cybercriminals... Some old frustrated time traveler grandpa or something like this... Moving the taskbar

You can customize your taskbar to pin your favorite apps to it, move it to where you want to display on your screen, and specify how taskbar buttons group together when you have more than one window open. To address your question, we suggest
that you follow these steps on how to move your taskbar to a different location on the screen:

• Open Settings and choose Personalization.
• Select Taskbar.
• Under Taskbar location on the screen, click the drop-down menu and select
  Bottom.

Windows 11 Taskbar and other UI elements do not respond to mouse clicks.

I fresh installed Windows 11 about 48 hours ago. After updates and other software installations the taskbar became unclickable/usable. The steps laid out in fix the taskbar twice. However after a restart the taskbar returns in inoperable. After the latest restart, the steps laid out in the link above no longer work.

In addition to the taskbar, other elements that do not respond to mouse clicks are The BUY window that appears when purchasing a Movie through the Movies and TV app.

Lastly, the entire Screen Snip app is unclickable. There are more UI elements that are unclickable but I listed these items due to their easy communicability.

I performed steps 1-7 listed in the Windows 11 tab of the link you posted. After the restart, the taskbar still does not interact with the mouse along with other UI elements.
