1709 win 10 My Computer' my laptop during the upgrade process I got the error message won't open and unfortunately 0xc0000021a error code in relation to a resource, I've applied to but I couldn't get a solution yet. I don't want to format my computer waiting

Blue screen of death 0xc0000021a stop code

I bought my laptop on November and on December it one morning i encounter blue screen of death with the stopcode 0xc0000021a . I already did the startup repair and issued the command lines of bootrec and diskpart and check disk with no avail. Is there
any other way to fix the boot code and make windows load normally again ???
