Windows 10: How go get contact to microsoft?

Hi,how can I inform microsoft about the death of my Brother-in-law SchwagerI only know, that there are a account, but I have no idea in what kind of context?I could not find any mail address and the phone number only give the information to use this web site.Did anyone know a useful mail address or phone number? Its needed for a german contract.Sorry that I have to use this way and my business account to handle such things.Thanks for any kind of informationLars

Deleting contacts from Windows 10


When you say Windows Mail Live are you referring to Mail app or Windows Live Mail?

I suggest you to try the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Open Windows Live Mail.
• Press Ctrl + 3 using your keyboard. Right-click on the contact to delete it if it is a single contact.
• Highlight all contacts by pressing Ctrl + A.
• Click Delete located on the Ribbon bar.
• Click OK when you see the message These contacts will also be deleted from Hotmail, Messenger, and other Windows Live services.

After following the steps above, all your contacts that you have manually added to your account will be deleted however, contacts coming from third-party sites such as Facebook will not be deleted unless you remove Facebook from your account.

For Mail app:

Open People app then delete the contact.

Contact names in contact list

I have a list of contacts in my outlook.live account that are listed in numerical order by office number, e.g. “101 Larry” “Smith” is the first and last name for Larry Smith in office 101. This method has always resulted in a perfectly numerically ordered contact list, until recently. Now, when I add Larry to my contact list, Outlook only shows Larry’s email address, no name, no office number. Any help / suggestions would be so greatly appreciated. I’ve tried using customer support before, not looking forward to that ordeal again.

To add an email to your contacts, I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below:-

1. Open Yahoo Mail, click on the Contacts icon.
2. Now click on a contact.
3. Click Edit Details.
4. Add email address to the contact.
5. Click Save.

If you are using Mail App and want to edit contacts stored in People App, I suggest you to refer to following article under

for steps to edit the contact and add an email.
