    My new computer can't detect my old hard drives that I plugged in.: I moved these hard drives over using the same sata cables and I tried multiple ports on my motherboard. Both are getting power. I can't see them on disk management or device manager. I updated my windows and drivers. I don't know what I'm supposed to do....

    External hard drive shows twice in file explorer: My external hard drive shows twice in file explorer. When selected, same files show in each drive. Drive letter is same. Does this have anything to do with one drive or iCloud? Usage amount does not appear either. Thanks....
