Windows 10: How I can activate Windows 10

In my laptop windows 10 is activated but a pop up message is showing that my windows 10 license will expire soon . But what should I do now . In settings on activation it is said," Windows is activated using your organisation's activation service."But I didn't download windows in my laptop. I went to service center for changing my hard drive because my hard drive was fully corrupted there they told me to buy Windows 10. So I told to install windows to my laptop and they installed and activated.Now I don't have the product key with me.Now which the is the best thing to do. I need help. I have also seen that when my license will expire.

I won't buy a key, stupid.

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?
