good morningi see several posts about the fact that we receive the "we received your request for a single use code to use with your Microsoft account", i receive may daily too, but i wish to see the recent activity as proposed by some moderator, i need to enter into my account, for do this i have to ask to send a code to my email address, that is the email address where the unknow person try to enter... i can be sure that the code sent out by Microsoft is following MY REQUEST AND NOT THE POTENTIAL HACKER REQUEST ?thanks* Moved from Community Center

Activation key not received

This issue is three fold:

• On your microSD make sure there is no existing (invisible) WMLicense.dat file.
• Use the Nokia Music Player to transfer your WMA music.
• There is a bug in WMDRM-DLA (avoided if you go for setp 1 and 2).

The latter, Nokia should look into. Steps to reproduce:

• took a Series 40 phone
• took a WMA file not correctly transferred
• tried to open it: Please activate ….wma
  
  which leads to Receiving activation key » Activation key not received.

In the background, the Nokia Series 40 phone opened a connection to a server called
licensing.music.ovi.com with

POST /wmrm10/postdelivery/EntryPoint.aspx HTTP/1.1

However, this creates a HTTP status Not Found (404).

 

Windows 10 will not activate Error code 0x803F7001

Possibly there can be the problem with Microsoft activation Server, so your Windows 10 is not activated. In this scenario, you need to wait and verify if it is the issue from Microsoft’s side. But if you are getting error code 0x803f7001, you can also try these steps:

1. Open Settings app. Then go to Update and security > Activation screen > Change product.
2. Type your Windows edition product key and click Next.
3. You’ll get We couldn’t activate Windows error message.
4. Retry steps 1-3 then type your 25-characters unique product key.
5. Wait for the process to complete, Windows 10 is activated.
