Windows 10: How i can recovery bitlocker key?

Hello dear Microsoft team. I installed Windows 11 on my computer. It turned out that Bitlocker was on. I don't understand it very well, there were locks on my disks, I tried to remove them and succeeded. Then one of my disks became yellow. I opened it too, and I deleted the 48-digit password on the account, thinking that I would remove the lock using the password on my account. Now I can't open my E: disk. I deleted the backup code from my Microsoft account. I ask you to help me recover it.
