Windows 10: How I change kernelbase.dll files?

While opening the Stardew Valley game on Steam, an error appeared in front of me.When I clicked on the details article, I found out that there was a kernelbase.dll error.I searched on the internet and found out that I need to replace the kernelbase.dll file.But whenever I click on modify files it says TrustedInstaller permission is required.no matter what i tried, delete-install the game, verify the files but nothing happened.Please help me İ want to play this game.

Step 2: Check if the .dll files are set as default under Default programs.

• Press Windows key, type default programs
  and select Default Programs.
• Click on Set your default programs.
• Under Programs in the left pane, click on the program you wish to access photos with and click on
  Choose defaults for this program.
• Under Extensions check if .dll
  is check marked or not. If not, check the box for .dll files.

Change DLL to Normal

To further help you with your concern, please confirm if you accidentally opened all .dll files using Notepad. If you have accidentally set Notepad as the default program to open all .dll files, then follow these steps to revert back the changes.

• Right-click on the Start button and select Control Panel.
• Click on Programs.
• Select Default Programs.
• Choose the Associate a file type or protocol with a program link.
• Scroll down the list and select a file type to be changed. Double click it and click on the
  Change Program button.
• In the Open With window, it will show the recommended programs that can open the file type along with a list of other programs that can also open the file type. Select one of the programs listed and click
  OK.
