Windows 10: How I delete things from onedrive without deleting them from pc?

I deleted lots of things recently because ondrive was almost full but noticed some things on my pc were put on the recycle bin which I fortunately could retrieve but why would some things be removed from pc and some not? I played a game after deleted lots of files on onedrive to see if the game would even be playable and it was so I assumed nothing from the game was deleted from pc and just onedrive, HOWEVER... those files are still on the onedrive delete files folder and they'll be automatically delete in a month, could this mean that the game only works cuz the files are still somewhere on t

Explanations for deleted posts?

Like I said, it makes no sense in letting users see deleted posts, even if they are their own. That's why they were deleted in the first place. If they get to see who specifically deleted it, it only serves one purpose. Lets them bitch.

 

Photos deleted from gallery, deleted on Onedrive

It sounds like your photos deleted from gallery have also been deleted on Onedrive.

First I suggest you try to check maybe the Deleted Galary on your phone to see if it's possible to get deleted photos back. Then you may try to visit the OneDrive website to see if the photos you synced are there. If not, you may follow the steps listed on this link | Find lost or missing files in OneDrive (microsoft.com) to see if they could be found back.

our policy is to delete only spam/inappropriate posts.

the only person who can "hard delete" posts on the forums is me .. everybody else can just soft-delete the posts, the original author will see those posts in the threads list with a comment why it was deleted.

to the poster it will look like this, without "manage"
