Windows 10: How i stop my historic keeps getting cleaned every time i disconnect from my PC

Hello, i've trying to solve a problem with my historic that keeps cleaning and making me log out of websites like Youtube removes my algorithm of videos that i liked when i didn't used a account. The problem don't stop, because always when i turn off my computer and then open Microsoft Edge, it simply cleans again the websites that i was logged in, but i think the problem started when i cleaned all my searches historic before, but this don't means that i want it keep cleaning everytime that i get out of computer, and at moment, i couldn't find a way to unable or something this

Hyper-v keeps getting disconnected with RS1


Only user but keep getting disconnected since upgrading Pro N to RS1
Any suggestions?

Edit: THOUGHT I found problem. My wifi adaptor on pc had got bridge linked with the hyper-v virtual router and that was confusing things. Also explains why I was getting an internet icon.

Reset wifi and now ok.

EDIT 2: ARRGH - Problem is back

I was hoping someone could give me a list of step by step instructions you use as a guide to clean virus, malware...etc. so I can keep my PC clean if it gets infected.
