Windows 10: How in the world do I put my settings homepage back to this?

Ok so I just did a factory reset due to random error messages n stuff. My settings use to look like this and I really loved it. After I resetted, It changed back to the old layout. How do I make the newer layout come back?

If, however, you wish to change homepage in Edge, you may refer to the following steps:

  Open Microsoft edge.
  
• 
  Click on More actions (Three dots ...)
  
• 
  Click on settings.
  
• 
  Click on view advanced settings.
  
• 
  Turn on "Show the home button"
  
• 
  Enter the URL of the website which you want to set as your home page.
  
• 
  Close the Windows edge and open it again you will be able to get you desired webpage as your home page.

Homepage on Edge

I don't know what happened but I can't set my homepage to msn on Edge. I tried the instructions but they don't work.
What is the next step ?????? Thanks
