    I have the laptop Samsung Galaxy book Go I bought in 2022 I've probably used this laptop for less than 3 hours I turned it on the other day and it attempted to update Windows on its own and went straight into recovery screen and will not move from there I've tried contacting Samsung who want me to pay a technician to fix the problem or to even diagnose the problem they also want me to pay to send my laptop in it's basically brand new and over chat multiple times and talking on the phone with their customer service agents they're telling me that they didn't know there was an issue with Windows.

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

    • Can you tell us what model of computer you are using while connecting to your Samsung Note 4?

    However, we suggest you to run the Hardware and Device Troubleshooter through these steps:

    • Press Win + X then select Control Panel.
    • Click Troubleshooting.
    • Click Hardware and Sound then select Hardware and Devices.
    • To run the troubleshooter, follow the steps from the wizard.
