Sorry to inform you that the only option is to change light and dark in Microsoft Edge it is by design, I suggest you to provide us feedback as below in the below steps, so that it will reach our concerned team.

• Open start menu, type Feedback hub app in search bar.
• Navigate to the Feedback tab from the left-hand navigation menu.
  
• Then post your suggestions in feedback app.

Microsoft Edge Address Bar

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community. We appreciate your interest in Windows 10.

I suggest you to follow the below steps to open actual address of websites with short forms as you wish:

• Open Microsoft Edge, click on More actions(...) at the right top corner.
• Click on View advanced settings, under Search in the address bar with
  click on down arrow.
• Choose <add new>, try to add the default website.

Secondly, as opening pages in new tab is set by design, I suggest you to provide this as a feedback.

When I log into Microsoft account, I dont want my Email address to be displayed and not able to change the password?

Please be informed that by design in Windows 10 logging in with the Microsoft account displays the email address and user name and it cannot be hidden.

You may use local account as it shows only your user account name will be displayed.

I suggest you to provide your suggestions and feedbacks in the dedicated Feedback App. Follow these steps to provide suggestions in Windows Feedback App.

At any time, select Start, and then type Windows Feedback to send us your opinions and suggestions. Windows Feedback is only available if you have Diagnostic and usage data set to Full (Full is the recommended setting).

To change the Diagnostic and usage data setting, go to Start , then select Settings > Privacy > Feedback & diagnostics, and then, under Diagnostic and usage data, select an option.
